PayoutBridge is a deterministic data-transformation tool. It is not an accounting, tax, legal, or bookkeeping service.

Supported use

Version one supports Stripe payout_reconciliation.itemized.7 CSV exports for automatic payouts in CAD and USD, and produces a journal-entry CSV intended for QuickBooks Online.

Your responsibility

You select and review all account names and remain responsible for the accounting classification, tax treatment, completeness of the source data, and review of the imported journal.

Fail-closed behavior

Unsupported schemas, missing mappings, duplicate transactions, invalid amounts, or unbalanced data stop export. PayoutBridge does not provide an “export anyway” bypass.

Payments and refunds

A single-export purchase unlocks one browser export. An annual subscription provides eligible exports while the subscription is active. If a documented supported file cannot produce an export because of a product defect, contact support with the non-sensitive error code and audit metadata for review.
