PayoutBridge is designed so the Stripe reconciliation file you choose is processed locally in your browser.

Financial files

PayoutBridge does not upload your CSV, parsed transaction rows, amounts, account names, filenames, Stripe payout IDs, or transaction IDs to our servers. Working data is normally cleared by a refresh; the temporary Checkout-return safeguard described below is the only exception.

Discarded fields

Only the documented fields required for reconciliation are read. Optional Stripe fields containing names, email addresses, postal addresses, card details, shipping details, and metadata are ignored.

Payments

If you purchase an export or subscription, payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. Stripe receives the plan you choose and the payment and billing information you provide to Stripe. PayoutBridge does not send your reconciliation file to Stripe.

Product telemetry

PayoutBridge does not use third-party advertising analytics. It records a limited first-party funnel event when a visitor reaches a page or completes a product milestone such as starting the sample, producing a balanced preview, opening Checkout, or completing a paid export. These events may include the page, language, purchase plan, referring hostname, and UTM campaign labels. They never include CSV contents, amounts, filenames, account names, payout IDs, transaction IDs, or financial descriptions.

Local storage

Purchase entitlement status may be stored in this browser so an eligible export can be unlocked. When you leave for Stripe Checkout with a finished preview, the working reconciliation and account mappings are kept temporarily in this browser so the preview can be restored on return. They are deleted after export or reset and expire after 24 hours. They are never sent to our servers.

Feedback and support

If you use the contact form, PayoutBridge sends the name, reply email, and message you provide to our email delivery provider so we can receive and answer it. Do not include financial files, transaction data, credentials, or payment details in a message.

Optional product updates

If you explicitly subscribe, PayoutBridge sends your email address, optional first name, language, consent source, and consent time to our email delivery provider and keeps a consent record. This information is separate from product telemetry. You may unsubscribe from future messages at any time.
